Today for lunch we are having
a raw salad inspired by Michael pennimpede with purple cabbage,it is very good for stomach
health. Organic beets and they are good for building the blood. organic carrots they work to prevent cancer strenthen lungs,vision and alot of other stuff. I added some raw sesame seeds,and cashews for texture and yumminess
cilantro because its fresh and it removes heavy metals from our system. organic celery that lowers blood pressure and will relax our muscles. Organic cucumber that balances our blood sugar essential for good energy(: and we could not have made this salad without our Chop Wizard thank you Corinne for that it saves so much time and it makes our food more fun to eat. Now for the dressing,corinne gave us a raw foods book by juliano i used this quick recipe in my magic bullet (thanks mom) Raw Restaurant's House Dressing 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice ,1 1/2 cups olive oil, 2 tablespoons minced ginger, 1/3 cup minced garlic, 3 tablespoons Nama shoyo. blend it up pour some on!
